Foothills Information Research was founded in 2006 by Richard Dupont who is the CEO and principal researcher. Rich has over 25 years experience as a reference librarian and library administrator for aerospace/defense, energy, and other technology oriented companies as well as in colleges and universities. His activities included researching technical and business information, teaching research skills, and managing the operations of an undergraduate college library. You can view his resume here.
